Thumbnails Everywhere

This theme is full of nifty little thumbnails that are created on the fly. The theme by default uses the timthumb script by will use my very own thumbpress if installed.
The advantage of thumbpress, which is just way of accessing phpTumb, is that images can be sourced from beyond your own domain and has few extra features, which may be used in future flavours of this theme.
