In the Beginning
The Mu Theme comes out of spending the last couple of years helping churches deploy WordPress as a powerful CMS. This has been a big focus of my own personal blog at livingos.com.It isn’t just a blogging tool, it is a tool with which churches can tell their story. The fact that it is a blogging tool encoruages the sharing of an unfolding story rather than simply presenting people with information.
WordPress-Driven Church?
Having seen the number of WordPress-driven churches grow, and the popularity of the LivingOS themes, I wanted to create a theme that would be ready to go and have that kind of wow factor. Afterall it is Jesus we are trying to share with everybody.
So why is this theme not FREE! Ah well, it is the result of much hard work and while some kind individuals over the last couple of years have sent me the odd donation, I think I deserve a holiday somewhere a bit more exotic than rainy old England.
